Welcome to FLY TRACK CALL TAXI & CAB. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, mobile application, and website. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to FLY TRACK CALL TAXI & CAB.
“User” refers to customers, drivers, and any other individuals accessing our services.
“Services” refers to the taxi booking, ride-hailing, and any other related offerings provided by FLY TRACK CALL TAXI & CAB.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
Users shall not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities while using our services.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All ride bookings are subject to availability.
Users must ensure they have sufficient funds for the transaction before confirming a ride.
Payments can be made via cash, digital wallets, or other payment methods supported by our platform.
Once a booking is made, it cannot be modified or transferred to another person.
FLY TRACK CALL TAXI & CAB believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
FLY TRACK CALL TAXI & CAB does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt of the products. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by FLY TRACK CALL TAXI & CAB, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Drivers must possess a valid license and necessary permits to operate.
Drivers must adhere to road safety regulations and treat passengers with respect.
Drivers may not refuse rides based on discrimination, personal preference, or unjustifiable reasons.
FLY TRACK CALL TAXI & CAB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
Users acknowledge that ride availability is subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, and technical issues.
By using our services, you consent to our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts if they violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
