Job Description:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives (both male & female) to handle customer bookings for our taxi services. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, booking taxis, and providing excellent customer support. If you have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound and outbound calls for taxi bookings
✔ Assist customers with pricing, availability, and booking confirmations
✔ Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings
✔ Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drops
✔ Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

✔ Language speak in Tamil, English, Hindi and Telugu.
✔ Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is an advantage
✔ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking software
✔ Ability to handle multiple calls and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
